For the first time in UAE , 16 teams from each emirate ( Abu Dhabi, Dubai & Rest) will play a Countersrike league championship. The Abu Dhabi leg of this grand championship will start from Sept 12, 2008. The AbuDhabi leg will see 16 teams fighting for a grand cash prize of AED 100,000 . The matches will be played during Ramadan in the evenings.
For the first time, all players participating will get playing fees and at the end of the tournament players will be seeded . All teams are owned by individuals or companies and players have to sign up for at least one season ,where they cannot transfer to another team without consent of the team owner and the organisers.
